Almighty Modify Fragment Chest

how do you use these? I got 41 of them fro events, and I tried to use 1, so all it did was add 1 universal fragments in modify lab

If you use 1 chest in your inventory, don't you have to use them all? (I mean, it doesn't allow us to specify quanitity).

These modify frags can be substituted for specific characters' modify frags. If you won't have enough for one character and you try to modify, it will try to consume the universal mod frags to make up for it.

Oh yeah, I forgot that was for selling. When selling, you can't specify a quantity, which is dumb.
