Not all of them are reliable right now, because there were some new releases and new chars that do same things better.
Haschwalth, Moe, Riruka, Yukio, Bankai Urahara, Bankai Kenpachi, Bankai Shunsui Kyoraku, Human Komamura, Valkirye. Even if they have their ups and can be used in particular situations, they are 90% a NO.
When you'll do your team, you can ask forum again.
For now I think best team overall: Void/PVE/PVP it's FBI/BwB-Stern-Kugo with Ichimonji, but there will be new releases
