It's tough call to decide between Aizen for the attack % increase or Kenny for the PvE benefits. Is the .4% attack per level better than the resultant BP increases from more Ryoka kills for 5-10 more rounds? Hard to say.

Aizen serves the side benefit of being able to swap out for Shinso sometimes in situations he might be able to provide more help than Shinso does. Or swap out for Yama occasionally for certain fights where you need Aizen's ability.

I swap yama with uryuu for es and ryoka and yama have lucky machine set so I have to get 1 set just for shura or I will have to use a 110 forged weapon

be careful with noza... his skill can lose the fight in some circumstances... maybe have a back up plan for him IMO
