tbh I dont think anyone really knows, unless someone has both characters at the same level and can strip them.

BRukia > CSB > Ultima


CSB only has like 5% less speed then Ultima between mod/bonds, but has a .6 AGI higher growth rate. I thought I had explained that already? lol

I'd assume CSB is indeed faster

SWP partners are pretty much for free in terms of how to gain them, and their stats don't really compare so great in comparison to CSB partners, so i'd definitely like to say CSB Aizen is faster

however, I've seen more faster Ultima Aizens then there is CSB Aizens, but that's most likely because he has a better skill than CSB Aizen; they focus more on Ultima

but personally, i'd definitely say CSB Aizen is much faster
