CSB Aizen / Speed question

Relatively speaking, how fast is CSB Aizen compared to other high end, fast supporters?  I know he is fast, I'm just trying to gauge how fast he is compared to others.

I'll have CSB Aizen by the end of the year and I'm considering some different strategies and I like to begin preparing months in advanced.  I would likely be putting all level 10-12 AGI stones on him, along with maxed fortified AGI accessories and focusing on rapid evolution.  So my question is, on a speed perspective how is he going to stack up against other fast supporters such as Shinso Gin, SWP Aizen etc.  Lets say hypathetically I put identifical gear/stones/treasure's etc., on all the faster supports, where would CSB Aizen come out in the ranking (approximately)?

Any insight for those who own him and/or similar partners who have faced off against him would be greatly appreciated.  Any big downsides to CSB Aizen that anyone might know I would appreciate as well.  Thanks!!

looks neat. he has very good amount of bonus from evo for deducting fury[17%] and controlling opponents[19%], add the spirit forged lvl 120 or lvl 120 ulti acc and you get 28-35% more to that. you will have to get those % higher if you are going with csb aizen. he has good defense too from mods.  

swp ultima aizen has 12% speed mod, and speed bond too. dunno his agi rate tho. but form 1 aizen himself has 12k speed, so ultima should have a bit more i guess. his agi rate could make the difference in who is faster. dt have him yet so not sure about it.

get you the following.... so he was end game but now only mid class... i dont have swp ultima but i doubt it any faster... shinso is still perfer for support just he cost abit.. otherwise f2p.. ultima aziens is perfer
otherwise if u counter players with full evo 11.. u wont get that lucky stunning and fury reducing them sadly... that why i went to mugu ")

Kosmo once told me CSB aizen is more faster than B. Rukia if you get all his mods. I trust his opinion on this one.

You forgot bonds.

Essentially the way it works is Agility is the most important stat if you have a speed mod/bond.

CSB Aizen is probably the fastest supporter in the game. I highly doubt the extra 5% Speed Ultima Aizen gets outweighs the .6 Agi growth CSB has on him ( IF it did, WIchigo would be the fastest assaulter... etc etc ). However, the extra 14% speed CSB Aizen gets over BRukia is probably enough to overcome .7 agi growth, assuming you have enough agility.
