I believe any partner you get from Soul Cultivation is going to start at level 1
(as when you put the cursor over the partner, it says Use Level:1, and also, any partner you get from an event other than limited lease event starts on level 1).

Best answer: if your main is stronger... exchange him with your main.. if byakuya is stronger ..exchange him with byakuya

yeh its what i thought but i hope that we will get them at his lv like for limited lease
