But we dont know ichigo Base stat.I think develop uses those stats instead your total stats to grow up.
If ichigo base wisdom is 80 that could be the reason of why Ichigo grow up in 47. If 1.6 = 60% then 80 * 60% = 48 (close to your grew in winsdom)

yeah, that could be the case, hence the more base stats and more gw, the more it increases after levelling up

i use sexy yoruichi only for ES and ryoka esp cos she gives that extra damage to my low dmg supporter and increases fury.
shini yourichi is my second assaulter after main, and i use her for ES and ryoka too.

basically shini yoruichi has the invulnerability which is too OP acc to me if she does her skill first(needs to be faster too).
if you have sexy yoruichi then you wont need to recruit any other assaulter to replace her in ES and ryoka , that damage she does itself is better than ikkaku from what i tested(i didnt bother trying out kenpachi tavern for that).

if you can get only one then get shini yoruichi. you can recruit tavern kenpachi for ES/ryoka hence avoiding to get sexy yoruichi

Im lv 74 Sado - Main Renji - Momo Nanao. I know im a shame but since im 2nd in arena and i really dont want to waste gold reishi in lv 70 - 80 partners (just urahara). Im rushing to lv 100, then ill make a team.
