I understand that more is better but whats the difference between 100 and 1000? (i use yoruichi because i notice she has 10 times more stats than most of any partner)  Also i was thinking to buy sexy yoruichi but should i buy shinigami yoruichi?

Base stats are nice, but what you really look for is the growth rate for the stats. That is by far the most important part ( even more then the skill in some cases ).

U mean the develop? Most of the times the guys with more base stats have more develop than the ones with less base stat, but i dont understand how those base stats and develop works.

No one does exactly. UN has been out for years and its the same system as over there. What we do know is that it isn't a per level increase thing, and has some sort of multiplying effect on the stat.

isn't that growth rate? so say if str is 3.5, then when one levels up and if he has 10k str, then upon levelling up he will get 10.35k str

i thought this was what it meant

U mean every lv the partner grows up in some stat = Basic stat * develop ?
I mean Yoruichi has 100.000 life, her basic stat is 4200 and develop 3.1 so every lv she will grow up in 13.020 life?

oh definitely, when you use exp books on a partner to level up say 1 level, total and partner bp increases, so it means stats increased. let me do a test and get back to you on this

Problem is at lv 100 yoruichi should have mora than 1m life. I think this is not possible.

see here, growth rate of wisdom is 1.6
at lvl 80, ichigo had wis = 3459
at lvl 81, ichigo has wis = 3506
3506-3459=47, (47/3459)*100=1.35% . so its something related to this i believe.
