Reio Guardian forced refresh

So i was doing Reio Guardian.2 more chances left, started janken won 1-st round, chances lowered to 1, screen went a bit gray and it said "Sorry you disconnected". The internet ofc worked normally (i was on TeamSpeak and connection was not lost for a single second).
When i reloaded there was 1 chances left.
Is there any way to get the chances back ?

lol, bro, not a single chance... I got bigger problems when I topped-up 200$ and they didn't even answer my e-mail

It's kinda annoying since i have 4 tokens and this could be the last one i needed. Guess i have to wait till next time event comes by

It's really hard for them to give you back your chances, because its something way too small for them to handle. Plus, the support team is currently on vacation for their week off.

Well, thats not a good news, not good at all. I really wanted that set and everything destroyed by that shadow killer (random dc).
Oh well, guess i just wait till it comes next time

what was the $200 problem? If support isnt answering you, you can always tell Mage or I to rectify the issues.
