Would you get this Partner?

My friends an I are hanging out in a room making small talk about bleach online and the billions of ways they could make it better and we came up with an idea for a new vanguard partner. And we thought it would be good considering she is only a tavern partner Atm.
So here it is! Would you get her?

Well for starters.
Position: Vanguard
Skill: "Hornet Thunder Whip" Hits all enemies Growth Rate 250% (Like that thing is going to only hit one person) Increases assaulters ATK by 15% for three turns and prevents stunning to support for 2 turns. Deducts one random opponents fury by 10.


Stats:                        Strength:  4.5
                                  Agility:       2.0
                                   HP:           4.2
                                 Wisdom:     3.4


Modification:
                             Tier 1: Increases Block rate by 8 % (Can surpass 90% limit blah blah blah...)
                              Tier 2: Increases ATK by 10%
                              Tier 3: Increase HP by 12%
                              Tier 4: Immune to breaking damage
                              Tier 5: Immune to Fury Deduction
                              Tier 6: Immune to Stunning
           Ultimate Modify: When killed recover allies fury by 50.






Opinions? Personally I think it sounds like a good idea for a vanguard.

but Soi-Fon doesn't seem like vanguard material

XD. The Immune Fury and Stunning complement each other very well though.

Nah Soifong vanguard is wierd, not to mention that tavern Soifong aleredy has rpg attack. I would rather to see a released Yami vanguard  or Tessai as a support.
