I don't think update is out there yet. According to some people, update might hit at around Novemberr? December?
Stack up some Gold reishi if you are planning on upgrading some. I am already at 6000 gold reishi. Won't be enough to get any partner fully upgraded once it comes, but i think that's enough for 1 time boing-boing.

Why i "think" it's not working at the moment, is that it's not there for me atm. There's 2 options. You need to be for example Lv 100 - 150 to use that function and won't even appear to lower lvl people, like Exclusive Skill - function did for me (Just appeared out of no where without any notice).
Second option is, that it's not out yet. Making level restriction on it wouldn't be a miracle, but i assume it's just not out yet.

if you have payed enough attention to the tavern and checked once in a while right around all that stuff in spanish there is a lvl 80 for a reason. and im blind half the freaking time XD and thats saying something.

Of course, it says:
"*Unlocks at level 80
*Increases the growth rates and base stats 50% the first time you upgrade
*Increases the growth rates and base stats 100% the second time you upgrade AND then the partner changes his/her quality (color)

Looks like isn't implemented yet (the text in spanish speaks for itself that's broken), i'm level 133 currently and can't do the thing.
