My formation is a 1-3-1. Currently it consists of Kisuke, Sexy Yoru, Isshin, Main, Shin Shura Kenpachi
But Shinso Gin will replace Kisuke the next time reio guardian comes around.

While I agree with him that currently Zangetsu may have been the better option. I went with Senbon because of the eventual combination with Noz Kenpachi. Feeling that when that day comes Senbon would be the better Zanpukto.

well i think Senbon was made for a 1-3-1 formation, especially the ones like yours ... + do you guys really think we can compare these tow with each other ? the only disadvantage of Senbon is that he doesn't give any bonus to the support line (which is not a big deal in your case)

I'd say its okay even though Senbon is coming in JT tomorrow for 12/16k. You pretty much got Senbon and Gin for free and got a whole bunch of stones.
However I'd let Sexy Yoruichi or Isshin be your T1 character.

His whole formation is just duplicates of cat-formed yoruichi's, that's nothing in comparison to your formation

he needs kisuke to give t1 to yori who gives t1 to everyone else

hard to make kisuke faster than assaulters with senbon

He said till he gets shinso gin. I don't have enough money to get both zanpuktos and senbon is better in the long run. Therefore senbon was my choice.
