Vanguards heals

I've been wondering for some time... How the hell does dem vanguards get those crazy @ssed heals that gives back like 50% of their HP?

Noza excluded, the partners' (D.Ichigo, H.Ichigo, Starrk and i forgot...) heal from the skill is based on the ATK, the more ATK, better is the heal, of course the crit and buffs are counted (and the fury ?) to heal even more.
The recovery rate (from the zanpakutos) affects the heal too but i never bothered to check if it increases the heal from your skill or the heal from the healers like Unohana or Orihime, doesn't affect the heal from revive tho.

Also True Shikai Ichigo (4th mod (insane as fuck)).
By ranks:
TSI > D Ichigo > Starrk or Noza(not sure how he regens HP) > H Ichigo

So TSI is the partner that can heal the most after the attack out of all the van here?

TSI 4th mod - When being attacked, have 50% chance to restore own HP, growth rate is 12%
its a really good mod but really really unreliable, some times u wont heal 1 time in 20 rounds
kukaku has one of the best heal (When HP lower then 50%, recover 20% of max HP), unless she get stunned and cant move anymore
