Logically should spells that apply buffs and debuffs work if the char misses? [Copy URL]

you can voice your opinion all you want about it in here, i honestly dont care... just would like some logic to come to the game after over a year at least...

Logical Example: if a character misses whichever characters (if they hit more than one) their debuffs and buffs do not apply at all (like giving fury, giving crit, giving aid, giving combo, etc. etc.)

Illogical Example (what is happening now): if a character is missing they are applying debuffs to enemies and buffs to allies still

it's just funny because anyone who votes "yes"... clearly has brain issues, or is abusing this nonsense and wants to keep abusing it...

ima just copy and paste what i said, and hopefully you read a single thing it says:

People like Kisuke have 2 different things whilst happening on their skill, one that is the attack (growth rate included, who they attack etc.) And the abilities it gives off.

Your Gamuza Nel, same thing, has the ability for it to attack (Attacking assaulters or whatever), and decreasing their hit rate (After ability)

If you're really complaining about this, this should happen to your partners too remember, then your Gamuza can't do its -Hit Rate % Decrease ability

Your problem is futile, and it's only due to the fact that you have certain partners that are countered by fury gain.

Also its the same damn thing as having a partner that gives Crit rate to himself

so what, if he misses, he wont get a crit rate increase?

there are 2 parts (or more) to a skill, the attack, and the effects.

that may be but after me "editting" yachiru in i have to make sure you dont go pulling those stunts again

i agree fully towards my Nel's spell not working on the characters she misses (if she does, which is more than unlikely to happen considering no one puts dodge on assault and support) im 100% fine with that, because it is logical... so say by any chance she attacks say 4 people 2 assault 2 supports, just an example of 1 2 2 formation... she hits 1 assault and 2 supports, the one assault she misses should not receive the debuff of her spell but the other 3 should... this is logical, and as i said before i am ok with that due to the logic
