its pure math.  you have 50 base fury to start. and you need 100 to skill. so you need 100% in fury stones to get to 100.

this price can be lowered by maximum evolution, and green stone enchant psychic onto weapons that are spirit forged

Depends on how you want to do it. Cheapest way is to get fury stones every Reio. That would be roughly like 200$ for a pure turn 1, but your likely to only get one REIO a month, so 10 months of that.
