Limited lease advice needed

I'm planning on getting Shinso Gin and Soph Rangiku from the next Reio event (getting close to lvl100 and could use also 2 ultimate sets). At the moment we have the limited lease event where both chars are available. I've already seen in some topics info regarding usefulness of hiring chars in limited lease before actual hire, however there were different opinions on whether it's a right way to proceed. My questions are:

1. After leasing a given char for 1 day (let's say Shinso), will he be the same lvl when I hire him from Reio? If yes, are there any implications on whether to dismiss him before rehire or not?
2. Should the evo be done for Shinso and will it stay at the same lvl once I hire him permanently?
3. After the lease is expired, can I continue on gathering fragments for modification?

Would be very grateful for your advice, sorry in advance if there is the same topic in place aready (haven't seen one, though)

Why would you spend that much gold on Shinso when you could be getting a Red partner for not all that much more... like Senju or Hiki?

I couldve gone for Senju or Hiki but I loved too much Shinso Gin so I got him, so prolly Kokoala wants to get Shinso for personal reasons.

And yes, I just don't really like Hiki and I want to work on fury more, don't have anyone T1 yet (as soon as have Shisno will make him T1 +T1 Yamma). I have Kirinji already, even though he's is the worst out of the entire zero division. I will switch him to Senju at later stage of the game (maybe in a year or so), when will have Noza and better zanpakuto (for now have sogyo and planning on getting tensa for the end game). So decision regarding Shinso is made)))

limited lease is my jam TBH, currently getting B Rukia there, already got Soph Rangiku, Isshin, and Shinso from there as well...  The price tag on them looks high, but working events like Gold Wheel you can get them for much cheaper than it looks... (for B Rukia i'm estimating the total out of pocket for me will be around $400, paid out over time, to get B Rukia at my level...  eat that zero divison snobs, lol)

Lease for 1 day, you can evo, mod, SC, whatever them like they are normal partners even if the partner is expired, all of it stays when you make them permanent, DO NOT DISMISS BEFORE YOU ACTIVATE PERMANENTLY OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING

Nah,orange partners in soon cooming later one year then #ripsenju+oetsu+hiki

noza...  oh noza...  fossilize is a headache for sure, especially with a fury building party...

why not wait for ubp

If he comes in a next one in a month, won't have enough vitality. Had to work a lot on evo and equip (and still need to do that for about a month). Ultimate equipment is the other reason for Reio, at the moment i'm 94, so the 2 sets from there would be very usefull.

I'll think about it in couple of months )) but certianly don't want any of the current red event vangs. And well, Noza is just a must have on my list ^^
