How come gogames just don't give a shit about people ?

HEy Guys,

I'm really wondering, do those guys really don't need money ???

I'm about to quit, as for the 3rd time, no response from support ....

My home was down for like 6 days ... problem Gogames side. But my mails remain without any response concerning the compensation for that ...

VIP 10, i've put loads of money on that game and was intending to put more, but now really i'm pissed off ... they've made a mistake, they must compensate or at least respond & say sorry for that ...

Are you treated the same way ???

You're right, i think the reason is that people still give them their money

I'm certainly not going to give a penny now & surely to quit

If people reacts i think they should change minds ...

it depends what you are asking for

if it's something really simple or you are asking for your account back or something, then make sure the following things are checked upon:

Is your question to them something extremely simple/obvious for someone to figure out? (Something that may already be found on their websites etc.)
If it's asking for an account back, did you go against the Terms of Service and gave away your account to another person? (A.K.A shared your password with someone else etc.)

if a yes is to any of them, there is no need for them to reply, you're either being annoying to them or pretty much an 'enemy' lol

None of those ... it's not a question as i said ... they have put home down for 6 days, they must compensate people for that ... that's quite simple

I mean all this game is matter of how much advance you have on opponents . 6 days without home is too much vit, scrolls etc ... they just must compensate it

It's been like this since the beginning... If they cared they would compensate, let us know what they are up to, apologize for problems. Plus if they actually did care they would have admins on the forum banning people left and right for "Harsh words", Explicit images, insulting gogames.

you have any idea where i can start locating the game creators id love to take this game and publish it and i will make a fine good job at it new features updates on regular basis and not always about top up events sounds like the company is begging lol. would be big help man if you know i tried even chinese google fuck nothing comes up
