Exploit Killing CD Missing

I noticed today while doing ryoka 3rd server merger that 1 person was hitting 2 times per round, minimum of every round of ryoka. I stopwatched this guy and 2 kills came withing 4 seconds of each other 32 people in ryoka and he was the only one doing this he was 10x the top player on scoreboard by the time ryoka finished.  So I am wondering if anyone else has witnessed this new exploit of killing without having a CD.
Must be kills within 4-5 seconds of kill (that is the load time between hitting and exiting the fight scene)
noticable lack of 10 second delay between kills.
what is this guy doing to do this? no ones PC loads that fast and there is no way he is killing every 4-5 seconds without an exploit.

only exploit to Ryoka is this refresh thing i've heard of, though i don't know if that connects with your problem or not, mb can't help here
but interested in the comment due to 32 people in Ryoka

lol nigga trust me I refresh and it takes atleast 15 seconds to refresh that's on my pc which is pretty fast so say a speedy pc can do it in 10 seconds but not in 4-5 plus theyd have to refresh and rejoin and rejoining takes me 4-5 seconds alone
And damn 32 ppl what niggin server is this guy on

someone told me about it but too much of a hassle to remember how to do stuff and how it works idfk

lol its simple you hit the ryoka and when you see the loading screen you refresh and go back in
its practically if you kill it you don't have to watch the whole thing which will be x amount of seconds depending on how many rounds you need to kill it but itll be faster refreshing

Well actually if you clone the tabs the refresh time minimizes by somewhat 4-6 seconds at least for me
And 4-6 seconds is much important

When i see the cooldown time hit 4 seconds remaining i clone/ duplicate the tab and drag it into a new window :3
This way it reduces even more but if the other window catches up you can be disconnected for having multiple windows open for the same account
You probably have no clue what I might be yapping about
