Besides working on his EVO and Mods, is he lacking anything else? Maybe block or counter? I want to make him a heavy hitter who can also tank heavy hitters.

Yea you definitely want him to have capped out 99% immunity rate. A 2-2-2 will get you there quicker if you have the Asauchi, otherwise a 4-2 will be fine. Also, you are at the level 90 ish range. Most partners are glass cannons until you reach a certain level. My D.Ichi used to be squishy as fuq even when I could 1 shot the enemy team. Really you just need levels and to slowly improve his stones, evo, bonds, gear, and hollow souls

hollow souls, evo, soul cultivation, mod swap, level up and socket his gear, bonds, after you get done with his evo, save for SA for a few rotations to get those stone's and hogu's levels up...  this is a game of inches....

Currently level 7 with his EVO, still working on it.

I was thinking about the 4-2 set for him.. Atm he has I think a 30% immunity, so it does need a lot of work...

Also he has level 8's and 9's AGI stones already with the same with HP and STR

He currently has renji for his mod soul..

Also has currently a level 20 E.Skill

So I didn't know how else to raise him.. Maybe i'm just lacking level's ... /:

Also realized the main point of this forum post wasn't just about Enchants, but rather how to boost your Muggie overall.

As everyone stated before, give him Counter/Block/Wisdom stones and he will be a hard hitting Assaulter who also can tank out the enemy team as well as fury reduc them. Changing his mods to Block mods and Damage rate would be a quick way to boost your damage and tankiness. I recommend changing his 4th and 5th mod. You can replace his speed if you give him an extra Lvl 8-10 Agility stone. Same can be said for his HP mod. I'd rather go damage over a little HP and Speed boost. Also block is hard to raise regularly so getting a block mod is nice.

Rent partners for his bonds. Renting some of them during the Candy event last week would have been nice, but I was too late to help. You can rent the partners for the cheapest of 1 day and still use them for bonds even if they expire. I think he needs Toshiro Hitsuguya from the Black Market for 500 gold for 15% Attack when maxed out, but I don't remember the details of what I was told. The rest should be able to be rented from Limited Lease.

Evos are self explanatory. If you are building vit for UBP, don't do Evo. Evo's are generally for partners you know you'll never replace.

If you want Mugetsu to be tanky, give him a 4-2 equipment set. For example, 2 Blaze equipments mixed with 4 Dark Sword. The agility and str/wis bonuses aren't that big to be honest. Similar to the bonds, the Str/Wis bonus from the 4 of the same set is like 1 Lv. 8 Str/Wis stone. Same for the full 6 set giving you like 10,000 agility bonus. 2-2-2 is usually for VG, but if you do it for Mugetsu, 99% Immunity is the cap, so you will have to somehow rise above the cap. I suggest a simple 4-2.

Mix Accessories with him. Give Muggie the best strength ones, that is, if you have like the Lv 100+ Ultimate Accessory sets.

Pump him with exclusives if you want him stacked. Otherwise, just make him Lv. 15 Exclusive for the small extra Growth rate you get.

Give him Mod Souls with the highest star in Attack and Speed, such as the Minazuki mod. Mayuri mod for Surival. Renji for Attack and Survival and Speed.

TL;DR Jk I'm trolling don't read the all of this, its wrong

Ahhh so your in Rhaine's server. Always saw him in CSB and void but never bothered to figure out his server. But yea your battles at this point always end in 1 or 2 turns, so life stealing doesn't mean anything to you right now, simply damage and speed is what you need, perhaps more kido defense.

To be honest, you aren't at the point yet where battles last a while and where it depends on types of CC or defensive abilities like lifestealing. So really right now your best course would be to focus on t1 for your partners, perhaps switching Ichibae for a t1 fury giver such as shinso/Kisuke/Senju. As for the enchant for Muggie, the best one right now is the 20% extra crit damage from the Golden Enchant stone. Revive and Blood doesn't help you much at this point of the game.
