Should i skip Isane?

Hello guys, i dont really have good partners, isane might be the first good support for pvp but im not sure if she is worth or not.
This is my formation;
Equipments are aquaria~firelord, my stones are mostly lvl5~7, my hogus are just trashes.

Will i be able to get her with 8.4k vit at the start of UBP?

By the time UBP comes (possibly after SA this week) you will have around 9k vit, that's more than enough to get her... if she costs 40k crystals and you spend all your 9k vit the first day, if not, you need 11k vit.

Is Isane really all that good? I already have a fully evo'd hiki and shinso..

Like her, Hikifune could permanently give the +50% ATK buff but she needs the combo and at least 100% crit, you need a partner to grant combo buff like Mugetsu or Senju, or Shinso who have one of the highest base combo, the RNG makes the strategy unpraticables so you shouldn't really count on the combo. The question is : For what do you need her ? If you deals already more than 15% in ES, she is needn't. Do you one shot ryokas past wave 71 ? Same with the ES. Void ? Need a freezer or VIP10 defensive formation at least. PvP ? She is slow as hell and need a lot of work to make her works in PvP, Hiki makes the job easier. CoMs ? Seems to be the only place where she can shine.
Like I mentioned on the first page of the thread, Hikifune is more for PvP while Isane Kotetsu is for PvE, that's like comparing Shy Nemu and Noble Isane, they are PvP and PvE respectively.

I have Hikifune and use her only in CoMs, God knows how easier my life will be if I had Isane instead, I use Hiki for the stage 12 of CoM2 and 3 on hard to boost the reinforced partner's damage (the stage requirement says the partner must deal more than 30%) but the problem with Hiki is that she attacks too and sometime leaves no HP to the enemies to make 30%, if I had Isane the enemies' HP remains full ready to get an hit from the partner.

You reminded me of the long ass topic with Jacky on an old thread http://forums.gogames.me/thread-124850-9-1.html from the page 9 to 13, I don't remember if Isane Kotetsu was mentionned there but Hikifune is there, with a similar question to yours (?), I'd say it's worth the read if you have the free time to spend.

Anyway those are just my words, always listen to your heart (the subconscious actually, which emotional prick said it's the heart ?), do you really want Isane ? Can you live without her ? Will you regret if you skip her ?

If you use Ryuujin Jakka, I would advise replacing Isane's poison mod with something else due to poison overriding mutilate. Isane will override Ryuujin Jakka attack buff to assaulters, but it's a higher %, anyway. There are no conflicts with Noble Isane.

Your last sentence made me laugh . I suspect the maximum time will be 2 years , if it conitunes this way, but i suspect less.

Regarding the Isane , depends on your formation  decide, if you would really need her.White ichigo paired with Ikkaku will be enough for my assaulters lane , until yhwach/koga show in the UBP and urahara/ co for PVE.


If you are wanting to go more with assaulters lane - shin isshin with ikkaku ( he has a good % combo rate , once you leveld his evo) and Noble isane ( I suspect she can show up again) at the back with urahara or someone else , who gives fury to the whole team .

You have 5K+ vits almost higher than what i have righ tnow but if you are sure you can make it to 10K least until UBP arrives in next 10 days then its ok. Given your team you should take her.

Hasch exclusive still only for assaulters. Blood War Byakuya, tho.
