I checked your map and screenshot to my map and we got the same exact battles on there...I don't see anything missing. After you kill that last boss on that map, the map switched to Hallow Circle map, where you continue your battles...click your World Map button at top, and then the 3rd map, Hueco Mundo...the first zone in it is 53-57 called The Desert of Hueco Mundo, that's where the level 54 battles are....

Did you check all of the NPC's in the town? None of them have quests?

I noticed you had your quest log minimized...have you tried clicking that giant + sign next to your quests and checking the tabs?
