I have done all the quests at level 53, but the mission of the level 54 does not appear.

~IF~ i am not wrong Charlie is a ¿GM? try sending a message to him with the problem + screenshots and those kind of stuff, since you haven't get the problem done.

I noticed you had your quest log minimized...have you tried clicking that giant + sign next to your quests and checking the tabs?

Did you check all of the NPC's in the town? None of them have quests?
