Money got billed, but no gold recieved

Just now i donated 50USD and didnt recieve any gold ingame

The 16th of September I tried to buy 400 golds, it gave me an error and i tried again, and it gave me another error, so I skipped trying, I entered the game and I recieved the first 400 golds, but as I suspected 2 charges where done in my account. I spoke to both G2G and Gogame support and they told me that the first charge was correct but the second one was not charged that i'll recieve it in 7-15 days. 7-15 days later i contacted Gogame to know what was going on and they told me that the second try was also charged, that if y still want my money back or insted get the gold with some extra compensation for the delay, I answered that I could get the gold and the extra compensation...from that day till today they just haven't replied any more or given me the gold neither the money...what else can I do?, i hope some admins here can do something about it.

If you didn't get it in 24 hours then your money will be returned to the bank within 7-14 days.

The other day I bought gold 400 gold using paypal, but when I got my bank statement I was charged twice, I only got 400, not 800. Is there anyway for me to either get my money back, or get the other 400 gold I was charged for?

I wish they would fix it soon cause i already send an email with the order number and I wish that it would not take another 24 hours cause I think many of us are already waiting for it to be fixed like I did wait for 1 day and 2 hours already

if you would ask gate2shop, they can confirm you that the payment is successful and can even provide ...

If they confirm it and give you an order number you can give it to go games support and they will fix the issue.

It happened to me today with gate2shop, I sent an email to them but no answer yet, so how long I have to wait and where to complain to get the money back? Gogames or wait for Gate2shop?
