Isshin should be because he is weaker than Yamma and if you give the players strong partners for free they won't top up so much.

Isshin is by far stronger than Yama...   even after they nerfed him so hard...  add to that his exclusive skill and he's OP and out of control

I would say isshin's biggest advange over yama is that he is more balanced ok in pvp and better in pve while yama is more suited to pvp than isshin depending on how there build they can trump each other in pvp but i lk yama more tho bc of fury restrict,laceration,burn and the aoe bc yama can gt those pesky supports with skill unlike isshin.

but what happens when you fight my Isshin?  lol   his void and the fact that for some reason (mine at least) has much more speed and power...  if he skills first, Yama is useless...  plus like you said, he has PVE on his side...  and PVE trumps PVP usually, lol    hell.  i inherited everything off my Yama yesterday and dismissed his ass to put back my Zabi Renji and got stronger, lol   prob going for 1k frags myself...  hook up my shinso some more...
