Hogu Breakthrough Tier 11+10?

So I'm not able to breakthrough my Tier 11+10 Hogu that I've saved up. Every time I try it says it is already the max Tier but the description says you can go to Tier 12 using breakthrough. I get the same message when I try a Tier 10+10 and a 9+10 any idea why this isn't working? or is the description wrong and you can only upgrade to Tier 7 or 8?

lol its not strange you have been a big supporter if the game for some time maybe they think if stuff only works for you, youll top up again

just checked, cant upgrade my tier 10 max level to tier 11.

That's really strange O.o
At least 2 of my T11's were T10's I upgraded. Not sure why they'd lower it back down....

well i gusee even gogames do uppdate their old events from time to time in that case i dont have any idea for how 10->11 didnt work
however ill still say that is likley on the matter of 11->12
it migh simply not have been added ;-)
