Hogu Breakthrough Tier 11+10?

So I'm not able to breakthrough my Tier 11+10 Hogu that I've saved up. Every time I try it says it is already the max Tier but the description says you can go to Tier 12 using breakthrough. I get the same message when I try a Tier 10+10 and a 9+10 any idea why this isn't working? or is the description wrong and you can only upgrade to Tier 7 or 8?

Btw the text says, its possible to upgrade till t11 only.

You need to upgrade the lvl to max lvl before you can upgrade it.
That is why it is not working
Max lvl for a tier 10 is lvl 10, for a tier 11 it is also 10.
So to upgrade your hogu to tier 11/12, you need to upgrade the hogyoku to lvl 10.
For a tier 10 that is lvl 0, you need 340 hogu enchance talismans to upgrade it to tier 11^^
Same amount for a tier 11 to 12

OP mentioned that their t11 is maxed so that's not the issue. It just hasn't been made possible to upgrade from t11 to t12.

Well he gets the same error for the t10 to t11, which is why i drew this conclusion

And where do you see that he has reached max lvl?
Only thing in the question that is max is "max tier" ^^

Yeah FB's descriptions are different then. Yeah I have a little over 66k Gold on me atm, so gold isn't an issue. Here's a SS of the event. That wording implies that you can upgrade a Hogu from Tier 3 all the way to Tier 12.



Tier 11+10 maxed out as you can see.

afaik, an upgrade could be done only till lvl 7(havent tried 8 though) anything above that just never worked. so if you ever get a lvl 11, just wait till u get a lvl 12 and upgrade that instead.

It hasn't been updated yet that's why it's not working.
