Didnt get gold from TOP UP

I top up some money, bank said it was paid, got the email from paypal saying they got the money but I didn't get my gold. I did $500 x2 (I did that so I can claim 20,000 top up reward each time and the other ones below it). Is there anyway i can get my gold (or money back) plus all the rewards i would have got?

Ya I just contacted Paypal just in case they don't get back to me.

I opened a dispute through pay pal for my problem. If it is not resolved, it will become a pay pal dispute. "If the seller does not respond, by the date of Aug 15, 2014 you can escalate it to a PayPal claim."
So which ever out come I get my purchase or my money. I would advise the rest of you to do the same with what ever service you are going through.

yeah i have same problem like you too
i have top up 1200G (30Usd) x5 +400Gx1=6400 Gold
But i only get 1200x4 + 400X2=5200 Gold
And I need my 1200G before the event END
but what,, they really slow at respond,, only know how to take money but cant even solved things like this, i already wait for 2days but they still not give my missing 1200G
really bad management they have.. i need my 1200G return to my account before the 7week at S9 event END ,, so pls return my gold before event END
