Oetsu vs BRukia

I have a question about these two.

In my opinion it reads like, BRukia has 3 debuffs.

Debuff 1: Mutiliate -> doing whatever
Debuff 2: Stun -> obviously stunning
Debuff 3: decrease enemy vg Hp by 30% every round .....

Am i wrong and debuff 3 is only an explainaition of, what mutiliate is doing ?

I was always wondering, since Oetsu´s description says only "mutiliate with growthrate 80%".
Nothing about decreasing hp by 80%.

Has anyone a battlereport, where a craplike Oetsu is hitting a fulltak vg and giving him 80% with mutiliate ?
I can only fight battlereports, where the powergap is so high, that the vg cant survive the oetsu anyways.

Ah nice i only know the reports from cosmo vs some lower people, who get wiped completely by his zanpakuto already, so that the last hit from oetsu on their vg is not that much of an indicator, how mutiliate works.

mutilate is a DoT that does a % of their hp in damage at the start of their turn. Rukia's specifically targets the VG and does 30% of his hp every turn. oetsu's targets a random enemy but does 80% of their hp.

yes oetsu decreases 80% of their hp.

Hm, ok thx, but then i think the description of the skills is a bit wrong, since the one says growthrate and the other decrease hp, which seems to be the same.

i had a BR against a 560k hp rangiku and she lost 460k~~ after mutilate, but i cant find it in our skype chat, sry, but i can guarantee u  its 80% of their max hp
