They were never broken to begin with. According to gogames, the Ryoka, Evil Spirit and Void events are PvPE and not PvE. I believe the activities the mod doesn't work for would be Trial, Hollow Souls, World Map, Experience Instance, Modify Partners, Soul Palace, Alliance Campaign, Bond, Conquest and Konso. Which is still an extensive list to say the least.
for the moment i have hvi 7th mod changed inn 11%damage but that mod does work inn ryoka attack? if it does then i will change it back right away edit: now i've readed over you're answer a few times i think i get it its not considered pve i suppose i'l change it back then shitsutoshin thxs for letting me know^^ now i will have more kills inn ryoka attack
