Sorry 4 the noob guestion but it's annoying to fight enemy who has has high dodge , how can i bypass that

if u fighting against those minions in hoillow soul map, better use skill main 100% hit rate combine with high stone hit rate and if i recall well there is a title giving 20 points hit rate from ryoka achievments

on the long run dodge rates in pvp besomes useless n u'll hit them np
