You can still call yourself pure T1 even if you have evo and mod, only enchant and fury taken break the pure part.

I know with red psychic enchant you need 84% from stones with no evo...  with 5 fury from evo and the psychic enchant you only need 74%, and my Shinso has 10 fury from evo and the psychic enchant and he only needs 64% from stones, hope that helps

2% from stones grants 1 fury in battle

n about evo not undermine anything just saying if he wants a pure t1 no forming no waiting he got to invest around 128 basic ones; i personnaly worked on the evo section to spend less cuz those 2 lvl9 fury stones are like a mountain to climb
