im lvl 81 520k bp almost fill soul cultivation bar my formation is main,Shinigami yoruichi (hired so planning on change it with yama),Komamura,Momo,Rukia (Sorry for cancerous english i speak spanish)
i m kinda rusty from the exclusive skill; if u plan on yama main rukia and ukitake can be good to boost ur attk pvp wise specially if u building ur team around yama
orelse dont forget about urahara supporter to replace rukia at some point, finally some many peeps uses shunsui exclusiv skill is interesting and mods too

ok so yama is ur main focus well around yamaji try to bring another assaulter to use a 3 asault line and 2 suuport during ur ryoka and evil spirit if u really want ukitake go for it he may even be uesful for futur bond of yama , however u'd still need a 3rd weel assaulter to do events and assaulters makes more dmg
One important thing start saving vitality asap to have 10K vita at least for next UBp as u can see many red partners that far outshine yamamoto showed up; depending on ur luck at the rgiht time u can get urself a real nice zan or partner goodluck
Also i hope other more experimental players could share their thoughts; been a while sine i played this gmae many things may have changed
