Im on the same situation and i voted for valk even if u do have sexy kukaku i think valk would give an interesting alt to the surviviblity of team ur team would become

True Valkyrie is a nice pick, especially with Askin's 3rd mod. Though at the same time I want HVI so I can upgrade from Mayuri. decisions, decisions....

I vote for valkyrie because with askin you don't need more damage but if they nerf toxic i think it's better HVI

Muken is free and a great upgrade for Mayuri, and since you are running RJ, you don't need KS as much as muken

Muken is free but ichigo is 10x better later .
Byakuya + muken vs Byakuya + Ichigo , no way to win for mugen, Ichigo can block muken ez with byakuya mood + some modif and decrease mugen's block with his skill.
With byakuya mugen can still block the first ichigo's atack , but he can't decrease his own block or do it some decent damage when he is blocked.
Ichigo + Byakuya + KS , here you have to one shot Ichigo with your support , if not he will get 30% speed and get a debuff  from KS wich is enought for almost kill every one againts same power.
Muken is actualy outdated ;) Only this Ichida can do something , if he is faster than oponent ichigo, with his exclu he can do high damage aswell when he is blocked.

KS+HVI+BWB
Muken+Kokuto+Hasch

still first group has more expensive partners, however you would be hard pressed to take down that Muken...  especially if you put a Sexy K and RJ with him
