Change him second mod and all bonds. He is very weak in comparison with Aizen and hvi. Make him a second mod with a constant attack, similar to what the hvi has.He was given a bonus from the RJ 200% crit damage but that he would be effective he needs a crit rate, which he does not have. Genryusai is weaker than Aizen and HVI, although he is a paid character unlike muken.

he's like 1 year old and came out after Muken Aizen, he was just a replacement for newer players that dont want to wait 6 months to get Muken Aizen

2nd mod for Bankai Genryusai is pretty strong.... why should it be replaced
