do you guys beat these espada 1vs1 fights with your main character?

I did it with my main, Ikakku or Kenpachi could also work though. I've also seen screenshots of people doing it with hitsugaya.

so i finished espada 4 with my main, how do i play it with my other players? the only option available on espada 4 is to swallow/one-click swallow.

You only finish it once then move on to the next.   You can choose any of your characters to complete it with but once you passed it, you cant go back.   Swallow option gives you 10 free from each espada tier you defeated.   One click swallow is only if you intend on spending a lot of coupons or gold (not recommended at all).

Basically you need to swallow daily until you got enough to highlight a dot on the character you want to add more stats on.   I prefer starting with my main and then my VG and then the other 3.   Keeping them balanced is good imo but if you focus on your main, then I guess you would want to spend all your souls only on your main.

i saw some hogyoku spirit soul chests in my backpack, how do we get them?

so this i activated. the 3rd star.
so does that mean i received the bonus attributes to my main char? (i activated for my main character)

You get them through events and also I think we get 100 from 60 days sign in.

Yes, all 3 dots worth of stats have been added to that character.   On the top right where you see your main and partners portraits, you can see the total stats by hovering your mouse pointer over the portrait.

so i completed 3 stars in map 4 and 1 star in map 3. I activated via my Main hence all those attributes my Main received.

I tried an exchange to ichigo but ichigo received all the bonus attributes .
Is there a way that i could exchange only the map 3 attributes to ichigo thus balancing it out for some players?

Well not directly but you can through a process.   Hire a blue partner (any partner you can dismiss) and transfer your mains souls to that partner and then dismiss that partner.

The respective amount of souls used to highlight those points would be available to use once more.   Then you can add the points to your main that you want to keep and use the remainder on another character.

This is a very time consuming process to max out 5 partners so you might want to either focus main and vg if thats how your setup works for pvp, otherwise balance the points and grow them evenly with priority on main and vg.

awesome, that worked.

also that increased my overall bp more than how much it was when i just added it to my any one character.

the balancing option works perfect for me.
