Opnion on fury partner

Looking for a partner that could give me tons of fury for support partners besides urohara. Vip 4 willing to spend around 150-200 in opinions?

Kiuske + Shinso, both T1 = full team T1...  Kiuske being red will give him access to much better Hogus, evening out their speed...  these days, the best upgrade for Him would be an Exclusive skill Rajin, lol

in that price range, you probably won't get a great replacement for him
Senju would probably be the cheapest, and very possibly gettable for $200, but she only gives fury to supports

why not just spend that 200 on fury stone packs and just pure t1 your partners instead of wasting a slow for a fury builder?

Just save up your coupons for Visords Revenge and go to the shop where you can buy stones with gold/coupons. Click on the Lv.4 Spirit Stone Pack and get about 8k worth day one, and again day two. You should complete the Visords Revenge, get rebate coupons, and the rest of the week still spend your coupons however you spend them daily. In the Lv.4 Packs they have a fury stone in each one. IF you don't complete Visords Revenge with just getting the Lv.4 Spirit Stone Packs then, just complete it normally during the event afterward.

For the main four spirit stones, Strength, Wisdom, Agility, Stamina, topping in a high rebate set of events (such as when Bargain Sale or Ultimate Charge are up) and then buying stones in Anniversary Feast (in whatever event cycle it appears) is the cheapest. For each stone you buy off the shelf, you get two times that stone (up to level 10 stones) and points for the prize shop, which has certain partners in it.

If you are aiming for other types of stones, then you have to get them elsewhere. Fury stones, specifically, you can get a level 8 super fury stone if you topup in bargain sale and claim it as your free giftpack. You can also top-up when Karakura town is here, and it will give points toward fury stones. Best top-up option for fury stones is always the second day of Reio Guardian. It's a slow process but 200 gold top-up and 500 gold spend every month for 8 basic fury stones (lvl 4) is the cheapest way to get fury stones.

You can also follow what Natsu said and keep buying level 4 spirit stone gift packs from Urahara's shop.
