COM 3 HARD MODE help needed

Aaah conquest of shit... worst pain in the ass ever invented in this game.
Basically you need to do like a minimal 30% of total damage with Renji
You need to :
-remove all partners except for one female partner, ideally one that heal like Uno
-remove gear on your main and on the female partner to lower their damage
-use the main combo skill to make renji attack twice
You may want to:
- remove zanpakuto if necessary
- add a vanguard with very low damage if the mobs kill renji fast
-ensure there are no bullshit buffs on the mobs that can make it impossible to pull (like increased immunity rate or defense) in that case you may want to wait the buff next refresh

Here what it was like for me today, but I probably had a good roll on the mobs buffs/debuffs, most of the time it's much harder to get renji to do damage.

They really need to revamp this crap, so much effort to refresh buffs or wait while making your characters are weak as possible to beat it... not fun content at all
