So I've been trying to get into a guild for a while now, but no matter which I pick I can't get into one. So I'm going to be making my own guild. But the problem is I don't know that first thing that comes into running a guild. So my question for everyone is, do you know what goes into running a guild and if so could you hopefully give me a few tips?

Yeah I hear that's a big problem. I'm on another online game as well and people get kicked out of the guild I'm in all the time for it. But it doesn't make since it takes like a minute if even.

Well in my experience it's best to mail the people you want to join your guild personally. And to motivate donations, and appearances in guild wars for guild chest to reward people for donating everyday.
If someone goes inactive for a long time try to find a replacement, first kick out a person who has a very low total contribution because the contribution that they have will take away from your assets (which is needed for leveling the guild up). Plus it takes a lot of patience, and its best to change the announcements as often as possible to show that you are active ( Maybe every 1-2 days change it). If you manage to defend Protect Seireitei then you can get huge boosts to EXP & Silver gains ( Up to 30% extra) and the guild level will be able to increase your battle power as well in the guild camp.

The best thing to a successful guild is active members, also every level you gain will give you a small boost to EXP & Silver as well. At level 10 you get a 4.5% extra.
