Gold not sent

Just started on server 100. Thought to upgrade to VIP 4 real quick by buying 2000 gold. Payment went through. But no Gold. So tried to buy 200 gold and that one came through. what do i do?

I'm on US server 100.
That is a good Idea to go to VIP 4, but I've been seeing more and more payment problems popping up. I believe that gogames.me may have a bug in the payment system if so these payment problems will continue until Gogames cannot deal with all the people trying to get there money back.

What is your name on server 100. Also what clan are you?

Should have been a bit more specific on the server. Forgot about the US  

I'm on EU server 100. started today. Not sure as to when server started. judging by everyones levels .... today probably.

If they're having issues with payments, then why sent the small amount of gold and not the first larger sum?

I have no idea really. These payment bugs have become more common so Im holding back on spending any money until I know its fixed.
