Yup, they're also available in cash event, actually there are some event that can get those zanp.

1. Vit event
2. Elite king (CN current event, except bikini girls, remaining zanps/partners is more expensive than other events)
3. Wheel of fortune (same price with elite king, but you can get bunch of freebies)
4. Indiana Jones (CN upcoming event, cheapest rate for zanps/partners/ulti, you can get zangetsu for 3000+- gold)

Of course... higher exchange rates, lower item price, gold rebate is counted in vip accumlation etc.. but you can't participate in pve daily event, as it will be morning or midnight (pst).

CN get's so many events and we are recycling events already...hell our ultimate wep is same as before, but they fixed the shard bug this time (used to get x10 lvl 10 silver packs for 2 of the lvl 60 shards heh)

Kazeshini gives 3% speed and 3% attack to support at bankai and its supposed to be 12/12 at hogyoku kai according to this guide, is this Correct or is my zanpaktou glitched?

3% speed + 3% attack is the starting attribute, if your bankai is remain unchanged most probably it is glitched. Try to ask other players in your server, if they're having the same issue, maybe GoGames nerfed it...

Never mind it was on my part, for some reason it upgraded like 3 other zanpaktou instead of my kazeshini to bankai =/ I know 1 time I accidentally clicked the wrong one, but I can't imagine I did so the other times.
