you cant really know who is the best zanpakuto since you have skills and formations that can be used best with diffrent zanpakuto like dark rukia buff that give %dmg that i think overwrite zabimaru buff making sogyo stronger (i dont have dark rukia and i dont know if %dmg overwrite %dmg but thats an example)

There is no point in having dark rukia, Kazeshini and Zabimaru, both will overwrite her buffs.

thats what im saying so you cant say zabimaru is the best for PvE to some 1 who got dark rukia or other partners that give %dmg so it all depends on the team you use and the skill you use

If you don't consider cash items, Zabimaru is the best PvE zanp.

Has there been any update on Tensa Zangetsu yet, is it still not available?
Are the only chars/Zans available in the Vit Event (Ice Crystal) still Dark rukia, Toshiro and Sogyo, Zangetsu, Hyorinmaru or has there been anything else yet?
Do you only get one chance to get Partners/Zans in the Vit event, or has any of them reoccurred in CN? E.g. have there been two Vit events featuring Dark Rukia?

No news on Tensa Zangetsu, and the char/zanp remain the same.
The char/zanp will repeat after a cycle (after all char/zanp appear once).
