i haven't started evo on TSI yet... you think it's a good idea to get kukaku instead if she makes ...

quite simple as solknight said, comes down to whats gonna help your formation more, tsi for extra dmg or kuka for extra def for whole team
im hopin for kuka aswell tho i just picked isane today so really hopin kuka wont come next ubp

Good I am new in the game, I am lvl 51, and also free player, could someone tell me if it is a good idea to rent a partner in the new event? besides which should rent and how long do they last?

I like yamamoto, for how cheap it is and everything it does

any recommendations?

Rent Shini yoroichi for 3 weeks if you are an f2p.
Or shin isshin for 2 weeks

Shin isshin is better but it depends if you want that extra week.
P.S:You can own shini yoro in 6 months of religious renting and shin isshin in 1 year

I do not care much about time, would I like to know which one can benefit me the most during this time?
and I had not read that ishin this beautiful haha I think it's better than the yoruichi?
to rent for a year I do not think it's that easy for a free user haha !! I only earn 1 candy per day jajajaThe invunerability of yoruichi is pretty but not much for event? :s

the event returns every month and you can rent isshin for 2 weeeks each cycle so 1 year hence 12 karakura festival aka 24 times renting him.
Shin isshin is better in PVE and PVP but yoro is borderline broken in early game PVP
