Is the Reio Guardian the only easy and cheap way to get the sets so i can forge them?

If lucky to get those points before time in reio then yes.
Other option is Visored for coupons and from CSB shop. Thats it without gold spending or top up.

the easy n cheap way also would surprize gift boxe event where u top up 400 gold n spend 600 gold for a box where theres is a lvl35 set giving lvl100 cyclone pieces; u can buy it 3 times a day

at least that's the fastest n cheapest shutara gear i knowx of to complete ur 5 team asap

tbh i have a doubt too now, i hope u right cuz it's even better, all i do remmber is it costs 600 gold n u can open it at lvl35 giving us a transformable shutara set

you were right...  I didn't realize you could open that chest at level 35...  thought you needed to be level 100... wish I knew that a day before, I'd have 5 sets of the gear on my alt, lol  guess I'll have to settle for 3 of them for now, I'll finish it off next time event comes around, lol
