Renewed my Shinigami Agent twice (DIDN'T GET TITLE)

I just renewed my Shinigami liscence twice and still didn't get the title "Shinigami Agent"

i understand what you saying but he is a new player even that Title is worth to him/her.

Go to the equip Title in there you will find the timer already running, equip it. And 2nd one will be in bag.

I don't have any title in my bags. I can't equip it because it says that i don't have it.

dude u only get the title once u top and renew the agent, if u renew the agent w/ out toping up on that day u wont get any title

I did top up before renewing the agent, I even got the rewards that i get along with the title. But just not the title.

u top and renew on same day? coz after reset/ after 1 day and u renew it wont give title

I see you renewed again when you didnt get the Title on your first try but you got the rewards.
Then either this is a bug or an error on reset day. Ask mod to look into it and dont top up and renew shini agent again until its resolved.
