ALL EU servers are in maintenance, even the non-merging ones.

Well, it does happen that in the announcements the unlisted servers get a merge because the announcer forgot to type.
For the safety, imagine that it says 45-52 will be merged, but at the end it's 31-52, what happens to the players from 31 who are still playing while the merging servers are in maintenance ? The players' data may be corrupted and lost and might not possible to recover when the merge strikes in.

For the first line, it also means that you will get merged.
