B. Rukia should be a red partner

Why isn't she red? She's a lot better than dudes like Mugetsu, yet still gold...

Why is Kyoka gold and not red ? Why is W.Ichigo gold despite having the same stats as Mugetsu ?
It's so the partners cannot equip the red hogu and be too powerful than they already are.
For the moment the name color matters only a bit and is mostly aesthetic, just drop a T11 hogu on B.Rukia and done.

A) She came from an era where gold partners ruled.
B) Mugetsu was the first red partner.
C) Mugetsu has better growth rates than B.Rukia on average. Even if she has better utility these days than Mugetsu, she's still got relatively low stats just like other gold partners, so there is no reason for her to be red unless they upped her stats. Immune mutilate is a thing now, so she's only useful for lower levels of play, anyway.
D) You cannot compare a fast support against a slow assaulter.
E) B.Rukia and Shinso Gin was the start of when supporters were ruling over assaulters and vanguards back in the day when it was only one-shot kills all the time.

It is a bit disappointing that they never implemented such a function.

Its still one shot kill many times. SDT/HVI/Mken/BWB.
Just saying but my account still has those 'red reshis' before my time of taking over i guess.
