ok Today i go to purchase 4 out of the 6 lvl 90 flame set with intent of purchasing the other 2 pieces tomorrow so i go to purchase the ghost blade and nothing happens so i go to purchase it again nothing happens so figure i would try the armor and go fig no problem with them however after i refresh my game i now have 2 spirit blades which i did not purchase and my two peaces of armor could i please have this looked into because the items are not cheap i would settle for the the switch out of these no good spirit blades for one ghost blade and a peaces of the armor i don't have and for future please try to find away to prevent these mishappenings from happening again. did you lose your gold when you got those extra pieces?

yes when the 2 swords came in after the refresh my gold was gone if not i wouldnt be complaining i dont know if there was a delay or what happened all i know is i clicked ghost blade the screen popped up click ok to spend gold nothing happend gold didnt go down and didnt receive sword so tried again thinking it was a glitch and still same thing so i tried the armor and everything worked fine when i refreshed to go purchase the sword again my gold was gone and replace with shitty spirt blades.

yes well lets just hope the someone actually reads this and does something for me. You can click on the contact and support links all you want the both do nothing. I just wish this game actually had ways to submit tickets instead everyone find out your problems or business and then go games wonder why so many are getting pissed at this game. Mine is one issue but then others are reading the other 30 - 40 issues others are posting as well and just look at the all round picture that the game still has many bugs with min compensation for issues but they have no problem taking our cash.

ya well the problem is there is no way to contact the support team every link i click does nothing and the contact info dont seem to show up either, everything i see says too post on the forum i figured it was a bug so i posted here just keeping my fingers crossed that i get somewhere because apparently all i see on these forums is people posting issues and nothing ever getting responded to.
