it's up to them if they decide to reset it or not. But I forseen the reset is everyone start @ 0. It would be worse than now.

Basically. Although some would prefer it that way so they can get more inferno stones eventually.

No no its good if it remains this way. I gave the idea of this in bleach improvement thread to retain ranks over to next season everytime and just resetting the points but our connect (saitama) to the devs didnot like the idea.
Also in the lower ranks i.e., 30-40 there are monsters that i cant defeat ever, least now there are some i can win by chance in the first line. (they got KS so random chaos random luck) They remain there to stop anybody from climbing i hope they dont come up. Or else this season is totally doomed not even getting 220 inferno stones like every season.

Like I said before, we can implement the inferno stones decreases as you go lower in rank. So strong players will keep fighting to the top to gain their inferno stones, without even thinking register naked, because they know they will get less stones that way.
