Accessories fortyfing and refining?

So basically my main question is, if you have a lv40 accessorie, if you refine it into green quality, does it retain the level? Or does it lose the fortified levels and reset back to 0?

keeps the levels!

keeps the lvl but i suggest u do it if u can do 2 for example if u do 2 of the strenght ones u get a extra bp boost

If you do refine it into green quality or blue if it's a lvl 60 accessorie you keep the lvls. However there's a catch. If you refine it into a green quality accessorie you do loose the set bonus. So before you refine an accessorie you should aquire the other acceccorie in the set and refine both to keep the bonus.
