His 4th mod:  When being attacked, increases own Avoid Injury Rate by 15% accumulatively

so if there is a cap on immune rate, will this surpass it, e.g uryu has 90% immune aka avoid injury rate, immune is cap at like 105 or something ???

uryuu get hit twice so he has 30% extra avoid injury rate to add on to his 90% immune rate making it 120% immune rate which surpasses the cap.

so potentially uryuu can hit 200% or beyond if he gets hit enough almost making him hard to damage.
IF yes yes to all then i should get this guy

If you have the gold for it and go moe over hvi/uryu, then there's not much to say other than rip  ...

They are releasing partners thinking of plus to the older ones. They are easy to build and dont take so much work like red and current orange. People who want that chance skill will take the chance on him.

You have to realized that 15% avoid injury rate is pretty much nothing, as dmg rate is pretty much skyhigh for everyone who knows how to play this game, especially needed in Void. By the time Uryu get to 300+ avoid injury rate. He would be dead by then. You guys can keep digging and digging trying to find a point that he is better than Moe. Unfortunately, you can't.

Give me one reason i should buy moeh who will defo be 10K more than the others in price over Uryu or HVI or just fet muken from inferno.

One reason why he is worth over any of these 3.

S. Ishida:
1) Askin (7 mod) + Ishida (4 mod) = immortal (0 damage from enemy characters) and this work only with S.Ishida.
2) Sup + Katen + S.Ishida (7 mod - decrease 30% hp) = nice? nice.
3) 40% ignore defense (5 mod + muken) nice? = nice
4) Passive S.Ishida (Normal Attack will deal damage to 2 enemies with the highest attack (100% hit) = ez kill Sup.
5) Immune to Chaos and Fury Deduction.

Moe:
1) Does't have immune to fury deduction.
2) Need Shūkurō Tsukishima (25% attack) and Blood War Byakuya (fury)
3) 100% Crit Rate all allies Assaulters (perfect mod), but when play with Ichimon - need play with tank (2-2-1).

It is better to keep Muken in the formation or buy Ishida, rather than have this piece of shit.
